How to install;
Just extract all the file, first install the desktop.
Second, install the license manager
Then execute the keygen, change the version manually (type) 10.1, click all. Copy all the content with Ctrl C or right click mouse - copy. Open notepad (must with admin permission!), paste it, save as service.txt in C:/program files/arcgis/license manager 10.1/bin, replace the old service.txt file.
Test the ArcMap. Done !
